BLAZERS FINISH SEASON #1 IN ATTENDANCE
    (by Bob Hersom, Daily Oklahoman)

The Oklahoma City Blazers' season ended in the second round of the Central Hockey League playoffs, but the Double-A franchise won another minor-pro attendance title.

The Blazers averaged 8,902 fans this season, the second consecutive year the team had an attendance increase. The Hershey Bears of the Triple-A American Hockey League were second at 8,671 fans. The only other CHL team to finish in the top 15 was the Wichita Thunder.
